Running Down Dementia
If you're looking for a new challenge this lockdown then Running Down Dementia may be just the thing for you! Now more than ever, we all need something to get us moving and now more than ever, dementia research needs your help.
Running Down Dementia is a great way to get moving and to keep track of your amazing efforts. With every step you take between 1 March and 31 August, you’ll help fund major breakthroughs in dementia research.
Running Down Dementia is an award-winning virtual running challenge from Alzheimer's Research UK and parkrun, supported by Garmin. We're challenging you to run 100km (Pioneer), 300km (Epic) or a distance of your choice (Maverick) and raise £100 for cutting-edge dementia research.
However you decide to do it; on a treadmill, out on the pavement, whether you’re going solo or with members of your household, whatever you decide, make sure it’s a personal challenge!
